The site Roche Koutou is composed of four 2 to 3km-transects (20m wide). 4411 trees with dbh>=20cm have been recorded by Office national des forêts (ONF). Fauna inventories have been made by Office national de la chasse et de la faune sauvage (ONCFS) few days after. 756 under-storey plants have been inventoried on 34 plots on this site (IRD). Soils have been described using 16 samples (1.20m depth max.). No laboratory analysis available for soils.

The site Yaroupi is composed of four 3km-transects (20m wide). 3965 trees with dbh>=20cm have been recorded by Office national des forêts (ONF). Fauna inventories have been made by Office national de la chasse et de la faune sauvage (ONCFS) few days after. No under-storey plots on this site. Soils have been described using 22 samples (1.20m depth max.). Laboratory analysis are available for one soil-profile.

High density (20 pt/m2) aerial laser scanning (LIDAR) dataset acquired in march 2012. Covers 24 km2 including the research station in the Nouragues reserve.

This landform dataset was built using Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) data with full resolution (1 arc sec ~ 30m). This map aims at evaluating the geodiversity of natural areas. Classes correspond to different types of landforms. Taking into account data accuracy, we recommend using the landform map for scales beyond 1: 100 000 to 1: 250 000. The map was produced at the request of the French Guianan public forest manager of the Office National des Forêts (ONF).

The dataset estimates the carbon density (Mg C ha−1) of aboveground live woody vegetation for the pan-tropics (including tropical Africa, America and Asia) at a spatial resolution of 500 m using a combination of remote sensing and field data (for the period 2007–2008). Specifically, we used satellite-based light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data acquired at a nominal spatial resolution of 70 m together with 500 m multispectral surface reflectance imagery and other geospatial data layers.

The site Crique Bagot is composed of two 3km-transects (20m wide). 1980 trees with dbh>=20cm have been recorded by Office national des forêts (ONF). No fauna inventories available. 584 under-storey plants have been recorded on 19 25m²-plots by Institut de recherche pour le développement (IRD). Soils have been described using 19 samples (1.20m depth max.). No laboratory analysis available for soils.

Guyadiv is a network of permanent forest plots installed in French Guiana. The site of Haute Beiman is composed of two 1ha-plots. A complete inventory of the trees has been made in 2012. 645 and 507 trees with dbh>=10cm have been registrated, respectively to each plot. 613 and 465 species have been identified. 95% of the trees in the first plot have been identified to the species level, and 91.7% in the second plot. We only have the point coordinates and not the precise demarcation of the sample plots. In order to calculate the bounding box for these plots, we have expanded the point location 300 meters in each direction.
